Returns
We are so confident you will love our candles that you won't need to return them. However, in the unlikely event that you do need to do so please contact us on Info@lightonlight.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will refund or replace your candle as long as it is in the same condition as you received it.
Sale Items
Subject to statutory rights, unfortunately we are not able to process returns, refunds or exchange for sale items.
Exchanges
Each candle is handpoured and rigorously checked prior to shipping. If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item in your order, please contact us on Info@lightonlight.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
